2025 SkillsUSA Competitions in Hot Springs ArkansasStudents Welding

Three Students compete at the recent Skills USA Competition. These students have been attending Welding classes at ASU Newport for this current school year. The Students are Thomas Parkridge, Braydon Nicholes are from Augusta School District, Makyla McDougal is from Bradford School District. These students were able to bring home the Bronze Medal for their welding skills. Each of the student received a $1000.00. Scholarship for the Arkansas Elite Welding Academy located in Quitman, AR.
